Outbound for recruitment & staffing agencies
Your consultants should be filling roles, not chasing new clients.
I build and run the outbound system that puts your agency in front of hiring managers with roles to fill: targeted, written in your voice, sent compliantly, replies triaged and handed to your consultants.
Proof, before you book: if a LinkedIn message brought you here, you’ve already seen the system work.

The problem
Business development is the job that never gets done.
Every agency owner recognises at least three of these
Consultants bill, they don’t prospect
An hour on a live role pays this month. An hour of cold outreach might pay in three. Business development loses that argument every week.
One PSL review from a bad year
When your biggest client re-tenders, the pipeline you need is the one you didn’t build last quarter.
The people who sign off won’t take a cold call
HR directors and hiring managers are the hardest desks in the building to reach, and three agencies are already on their speed dial.
Your database ages faster than you can clean it
Contacts move roles constantly in this market. A list that was accurate last year is quietly wrecking your deliverability now.
How it works
Five steps, done for you.
Targeting
Which employers, which titles, which patch. HR directors, heads of talent, hiring managers, or the MD if that is who signs off on agency spend.
Verified lead list
Sourced, scored and email-verified before send. No bought lists, no scraped rubbish.
Personalised sequence
Written in your voice, referencing something real about each employer: a live vacancy, a funding round, a new site opening.
Compliant sending
From an isolated, warmed domain, so your real business email is never at risk.
Qualified leads to your consultants
Replies triaged, junk filtered, only genuine hiring conversations handed over. Your team wins the brief and fills it.
Compliance
Compliant from the first send.
Recruitment gets more data-protection scrutiny than most sectors. This is handled before anything sends, not after someone complains.
Your real business email is never exposed. I send from an isolated, warmed domain.

Who it’s for
Four desks, four different campaigns.
Recruitment isn’t one business model. Who we target, and what the emails say, changes depending on which desk we’re filling.
Desk 01 Perm & contingent
You want employers who hire repeatedly, not a one-off vacancy. Targeting weights towards companies showing headcount growth and repeat hiring patterns, and the sequence leads on shortening time-to-hire rather than on your fee.
Desk 02 Temp & contract
Speed is the product. We go at the people who feel the gap first — site managers, operations leads, heads of department — rather than HR six weeks upstream. Short sequence, built to earn a same-week reply.
Desk 03 Executive search
Low volume, high value. Far fewer targets, far deeper personalisation, and messaging that opens a credible conversation instead of pitching a mandate. Nothing on this desk works at volume, so we don’t run it at volume.
Desk 04 Niche & technical
Your market can tell within a line whether the sender understands it. The sequence has to survive a reader who knows the sector better than you do — so it uses your language, your certifications and your war stories, not generic recruitment copy.
Why me
A specialist who answers the phone.
I’m Archie. I build the system, I write the emails, and I’m the one who picks up the phone.
I already run this for a recruitment agency
I build and run MKA Recruitment’s entire outbound system: sending infrastructure, verified lists, sequences, compliance. They work M&E and data-centre staffing, one of the hardest corners of B2B to prospect. If outbound lands there, it lands on your desk.
Essex & London based
A real person you can call, not an offshore agency or a ticketing system.
07472 114734I write like a hiring manager talks
Your emails go out in the language your market uses: the job titles, the jargon, the way agency agreements actually get signed.
Deliberately few clients
A hard cap on my client list, on purpose, so every list, sequence and reply is built and watched by the same person you spoke to on the call.
Six roles. One person.
A large agency splits this work across a team and puts an account manager between you and all of them. Here there are no handovers, because there is nobody to hand over to.
Builds and verifies the list, company by company.
Writes the sequence in your voice, not a template.
Domain, DNS, warm-up, inbox placement.
LIA, PECR filtering, suppression, opt-outs.
Reads every reply, filters the junk, forwards the real ones.
Same number, same voice, every time. 07472 114734.
The realistic alternatives
Most agency owners weigh outbound against three other options. Here is the honest comparison.
| What matters | AG Outbound | Your consultants | A large agency | A cheap tool |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Who writes your emails | Me, in your voice, approved by you before anything sends. | Whoever has a spare afternoon between briefs. | Usually a junior copywriter splitting time across many accounts. | An AI template thousands of other senders are using. |
| Which domain they send from | A separate, warmed domain. Your real one is never exposed. | Your live business domain — the one your clients email. | Often a shared sending pool you don’t control. | Yours, usually unwarmed, from day one. |
| Compliance paperwork | ICO registered ZC178490. LIA on file, lists PECR-filtered. | Rarely documented until a client asks to see it. | Usually in place. Worth asking to see the LIA. | Explicitly your responsibility, not theirs. |
| Who you speak to | Me. The person who built it and writes it. | Your own team, already busy filling roles. | An account manager, not the person running your campaign. | A help centre and a ticket number. |
| Clients handled at once | A hard cap, on purpose — never a book of hundreds. | Not applicable — it’s billable time being spent. | Hundreds, by design. | Unlimited. That is the business model. |
| When replies dry up | I rewrite the sequence and change the targeting. | It quietly stops and nobody owns it. | Raised at the next monthly review. | Nothing. The sends continue regardless. |
FAQ
The questions every agency owner asks.
Straight answers from me, not a support desk. If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call.
Will you contact companies I already work with?
No. Your PSL, your live clients and any name you give me go on a suppression list before the first message sends. Anyone you name, we never touch.
Will you run this for my competitors?
I keep my client list deliberately small, and I won’t run outbound for two agencies chasing the same roles in the same region. While we work together, that lane is yours.
What counts as a qualified lead?
We agree the definition in writing before launch: right employer, right decision-maker on hiring, genuine interest in a conversation about resourcing. If a reply doesn’t meet the bar, it doesn’t reach your consultants.
Do you guarantee placements?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. I deliver qualified, interested replies and booked conversations. Winning the brief and filling it is your team’s job, and that boundary is what keeps my promise honest.
Whose name do the emails go out in?
Yours: written in your voice, approved by you before anything sends. They go from an isolated, warmed domain, so your real business email is never at risk.
How quickly will I see replies?
The first three to five weeks are setup and domain warm-up. Rushing that is how you end up in spam. Sending starts after that, and replies follow as the sequence runs.
Am I locked in?
No. Setup, then monthly, and you can walk away with 30 days’ notice. A deliberately small client list only works if everyone on it wants to stay.
Do you work temp, perm or exec search?
All three, but they need different messaging and different targets. We decide which desk we’re filling before a single email is written.
Done-for-you outbound for your desk
Setup, then monthly. Everything above, built and run for you: targeting, lists, sequence, compliant sending, reply triage.
In 15 minutes I’ll walk you through your list, your sequence and what your first month would look like.
Not ready for a call?
Send me the short version.
Four fields. I read every one myself and reply the same working day.
